WINTHROP — Cony High School graduate Luke Fontaine won the overall title for the third time at the Friends on the 4th 5k Monday morning.

Fontaine finished with a time of 15 minutes, 40 seconds, beating Erskine Academy graduate Sam Seekins, who finished second in 15:45.

Emily Durgin of Standish won the women’s title with a time of 18:37.
