Finally, someone clearly explains the ramifications of the newly passed budget.

I’m sending a hearty thank you to Sen. Roger Katz for his June 26 Maine Compass about the budget that pleases almost everyone. The Goldilocks explanation was clear and precise.

Katz represents his constituents like all other legislators should; the law works best when it works together.

I’m happy Katz is my representative in this debate.
