BANGOR — Two brothers from Maine have pleaded guilty to being part of a cocaine distribution ring.

Twenty-nine-year-old Christopher Hurley and 26-year-old Matthew Hurley pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. District Court in Bangor to conspiracy with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine between 2005 and March 2009.

Court records show the Hurleys were part of a ring in which cocaine made its way from New York to dealers in Waldo County, including the Hurley brothers, who were living in Belfast.

Christopher Hurley lived in New York City and Matthew lived in Los Angeles at the time of their arrests last November. A sentencing date has not been set.

Three other Waldo County men have been sentenced in the case.
