Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 5:45 p.m., Matthew Buiniskas, 23, of 42 Carey Lane, arrested on charge of violation of conditions of release, on Main Street.
Also at 5:45 p.m., Christopher Hawkes, 21, of 29 Summer St., Apt. 1, arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release, on Main Street.
