I checked my last two year’s federal income tax returns and found I paid close to 9 percent of my gross income on federal income tax alone.

If one adds a 9 percent federal sales tax to that amount, I would pay substantially more federal taxes than I am now!

So, I urge everyone to check their federal returns and see how they would fare with Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 plan.
