SORRENTO — Police say a teenage girl who’s been missing since Saturday has been found safe.
State police say 14-year-old Hanna Snider of Sorrento was found in Thomaston this afternoon after police used technology to track her computer use.
Police say she was with her 16-year-old boyfriend.
Authorities say Snider left her home Saturday night and was discovered missing by her parents Sunday morning. She sent a text message saying she was OK. Police had said she may have had a meeting with someone she met on an Internet dating site.
In a separate case, WABI-TV says a 17-year-old Bar Harbor girl has returned home after being missing for more than a week.

State police are seeking the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Hanna Snider of Sorrento.
Police say Snider left her home Saturday night and was discovered missing by her parents Sunday morning. She sent a text message saying she was OK. Police say she may have had a face-to-face meeting with someone she met on an Internet dating site.
She is described as 5-foot-6, 170 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes.
In a separate case, WABI-TV says a 17-year-old Bar Harbor girl has returned home after being missing for more than a week.
