3:29 p.m., a theft was reported at Super China Buffet on Kennedy Memorial Drive. It turned out to be a civil issue, according to the report.
Tuesday at 1:39 a.m., a burglary was reported on Gold Street. It turned out to be a suspected case of criminal trespass, according to police.

Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 6:30 p.m., Zachary Merritt, 22, of 13D Hillside Avenue, arrested on a warrant, on Park Street.
Tuesday at 4:43 a.m., Thomas Mulkern, 25, of 123 Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner, arrested on charges of theft, refusing to submit and a probation hold, on May Street.
