RINDGE, N.H. — Ryan Leach of Farmingdale, Maine, has been named to the fall 2011 Northeast 10 Conference Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll at Franklin Pierce University.
Leach is a baseball player at the university. He was also named to the dean’s list for the fall 2011 semester.

WORCESTER, Mass. — Brian Gardner of Windsor, Maine, a freshman majoring in physics, was named to the fall 2011 semester dean’s list at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

WORCESTER, Mass. — David Kent of Belgrade, Maine, a senior majoring in robotics engineering , was named to the fall 2011 semester dean’s list at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Local students receive degrees
STANDISH — Three local students have received degrees from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.
They are Christine Cameron of Augusta, who received a bachelor of professional arts in health care administration specialization; Mary Green of Richmond, who received a master’s degree in nursing; and Tiffiny Rooney of Vassalboro, who received a master’s degree in nursing.
