IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 1:15 a.m., Mary Pressey, 41, of China Village, arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on the Ticonic Bridge.
Thursday at 1:56 a.m., Chelsea Smith, 19, of 131 College Avenue, No. 5, arrested on a charge of OUI, on College Avenue.
