Arrests
IN OAKLAND, Saturday at 12:10 a.m., Joseph R. Johnson, 22, of 11 Center St., Oakland, was arrested on charges of assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention/refusal to stop at American Legion Decker-Simmons Post 51 on Church Street.
3:16 a.m., Joseph R. Johnson, 22, of 11 Center St., Oakland, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and violating condition of release.
7:40 p.m., Roxane Marie Montgomery, 44, of 274 Hussey Hill Road, Oakland, was arrested on a probation hold on Hussey Hill Road.
Sunday at 12:26 a.m., Tyler R. Shorty, 23, of 155 Smithfield Road, Oakland, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, eluding an officer, violating condition of release, operating vehicle without a license, failure to register vehicle and operating a vehicle on a snowmobile trail.
Summons
IN OAKLAND, Friday at 9:22 p.m., Michael St. Jean, 53, of 179 Dinsmore Road, Apt. 3, Sidney, was summoned on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked on Pleasant Street.
