The health care reform bill is in the Supreme Court. We won’t know whether the law will be upheld until June.
Why should Clarence Thomas be sitting on the bench for this case, when his wife has connections to groups opposed to the measure?
The Republicans say it is unconstitutional to have health care reform. I say it is unconstitutional to have us pay for the people who don’t have health insurance. We pay for the people who don’t want to pay, but they are the first ones to the Emergency Room to be treated. Guess who’s paying for it? We are, by having our health insurance go up every year.
I have health, home, car and life insurance. I am insurance poor.
The nine people on the Supreme Court should not decide what’s best for the people in this country. If they decide not to uphold this law it should be put on the ballot in November and let the people decide for or against.
