3 p.m., someone came to the Police Department to report stolen checks.
3:03 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Walmart, at Waterville Commons.
3:29 p.m., a theft was reported on Front Street.
4:12 p.m., harassment was reported on College Avenue.
4:42 p.m., a burglary was reported on Cool Street.
4:51 p.m., illegal dumping was reported at Ace Tire and Auto Service on Drummond Avenue.
8:23 p.m., a theft was reported at Johnson Hall at Colby College.
8:53 p.m., juvenile offenses were reported on Gray Avenue.
11:12 p.m., an unwanted person was reported at Champions Fitness Center at Elm Plaza.
Thursday at 1:02 a.m., a caller from Gold Street reported receiving an harassing/obscene phone call.
Arrest
IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 12:49 a.m., Paul Macklin, 21, of 486 Garland Road, Winslow, arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release, at Elm Plaza.
