4:37 p.m., a resident of Seton Village on John Avenue reported receiving an harassing/obscene phone call.
4:43 p.m., an unwanted person was reported at Hannaford, at JFK Plaza.
5:21 p.m., an unwanted person was reported on Summer Street.
6:33 p.m., threatening was reported on Boutelle Avenue.
Friday at 7:15 a.m., a road closure was reported on Linden Street. Kennebec Water District was working in that area, according to the report.
Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 5:10 p.m., Steven Miner, 45, listed as transient, arrested on a warrant and a charge of violation of conditions of release, at Hannaford, at JFK Plaza.
Friday at 1:25 a.m., Joshua Gilbert, 22, of 621 Belgrade Road, Oakland, arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on Silver Street.
