China voters need to vote yes on question 1 and no on question 2, if they want to be rid of the ill-conceived, inappropriate and discriminatory septic system ordinances, both the current one and the proposed one.

These ordinances do not include the shoreland along the streams that drain into the lakes.

It also has been shown that only 4 percent of the pollution comes from septic systems.

These ordinances are just doing something to do something rather then looking at the real problem.
