HALLOWELL — Cox Memorial Methodist Church hired steeplewright Robert Hanscom to remove the old steeple, and build and install a new one. After being gone since last fall, a new steeple with a weather vane was put back up Tuesday morning at the corner of Middle and Central streets in Hallowell.
