A youth, 17, was arrested and charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, terrorizing and criminal mischief, according to the report.
7:44 p.m., an intoxicated person was reported at Dairy Queen on College Avenue.
7:51 p.m., a burglary was reported on Gold Street.
9:47 p.m., an unwanted person was reported on Vigue Street.
IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 9:28 p.m., a fight was reported on Clinton Avenue.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 12:11 a.m., Thomas Schanz, 34, of 40 Pleasant St., Apt. 7, arrested on a charge of violation of condition of release, on Pleasant Street.
