2:45 p.m., a vehicle accident with personal injury was reported on The Concourse.
3:37 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Hannaford, at Elm Plaza. A juvenile was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and minor possessing liquor, according to the report.
4:44 p.m., a theft was reported on Western Avenue.
4:53 p.m., a burglary was reported on Western Avenue.
6:17 p.m., juvenile offenses were reported on Paris Street.
8:09 p.m., harassment was reported on College Avenue.
11:49 p.m., an unwanted person was reported on Washington Street.
Friday at 8:16 a.m., juvenile offenses were reported on Hazelwood Avenue.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 9:50 p.m., Jason Madore, 27, of 651 Oak Grove Road, Vassalboro, arrested on a warrant, on Silver Street.
Also at 9:50 p.m., Samantha Deckard, 27, of 111 Travel Pond Road, Jefferson, arrested on three warrants and a charge of operating after suspension, on Silver Street.
11:28 p.m., Timothy Hogan, 34, of 65 Water St., Apt. 4, arrested on charges of operating under the influence and violation of condition of release, on Elm Street.
