IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 12:25 a.m., Derek Auger, 23, of 3 Union Place, arrested on a charge of operating after suspension, on Elm Street.
Also at 12:25 a.m., Megan Auger, 19, of 3 Union Place, arrested on a charge of violation of condition of release, on Elm Street.
