Arrests
AUGUSTA
TUESDAY
At 4:12 p.m., Matthew R. Edgecomb, 43, of Litchfield, was arrested on warrants charging disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention at the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office on State Street.
8:42 p.m., three residents of a Jefferson Street apartment were arrested by police responding to a report of disorderly conduct. Joseph A. Hart, 26, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear. He also was charged with aggravated criminal trespass, assault and criminal mischief. Lance K. Wallace, 31, was arrested on warrants charging failure to pay fines for operating after suspension, theft, violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of drugs. Beth McEwen, 26, was arrested on warrants charging failure to pay fines for operating after suspension and theft.
