Muto, who is based in Boston, and his delelgation spent the day visiting Maine. They met with Gov. Paul LePage at the State House in Augusta and stopped at Hall-Dale Elementary School before the Richmond visit. There were visits to Bath and Portland scheduled for later in the day.
