Alexander L. LaPierre, 20, Winslow, operating under the in fluence, (OUI), March 15, 2013, in Waterville; $500 fine, six-month jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.
Peter J. Morisette, 37, Waterville, criminal mischief, Dec. 24, 2012, in Waterville; 10-day jail sentence.
