Zachary W. Thorbjornson, 26, of Warren, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and driving to endanger by police responding to a crash on Rockland Road. Police said Thorbjornson was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup truck east when he passed several vehicles at a high rate of speed and lost control on the wet road. The truck overturned.

At 6:23 p.m., Aaron C. Tibbetts, 28, of Winthrop, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and violating an order of protection on Bowdoin Street.

At 5:50 p.m., Tony M. Pushard, 40, of Winthrop, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release and two counts of theft on Royal Street.
