into Phi Theta Kappa

FAIRFIELD — Cynthia Sue Moxcey was recently inducted into the Beta Delta Upsilon Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Kennebec Valley Community College.

Moxcey, of Waterville, majoring in health related professions, is the daughter of Doris and Lewis Howard, of Oakland, and is married to Jeffrey Moxcey, of Waterville.
