PORTLAND — Caitlin Regan Ross, of Canaan, graduated from University of Maine School of Law, magna cum laude, and received the Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award in criminal law and procedure.

Ross graduated from Mercyhurst College, Pa, with a B.A. in marriage and family studies, and a B.A. in criminal justice. She is the daughter of Larry and Rebecca Ross, and also a graduate of Skowhegan Area High School 2007.
