5:46 p.m., Conrad Welcome, 22, of Chicken Street, Starks, was arrested on a charge of reckless conduct, on Chicken Street.
6:15 p.m., Jamie Lee Parsons, 38, of Main Street, was arrested on a warrant, on Burns Street.
Thursday at 8:28 p.m., Travis Arthur Martin, 30, of Vero Beach, Fla., was arrested on a warrant on Green Road.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 12:12 p.m., Clyde Sidney Keene, 65, of Harmony, arrested on a warrant for failure to comply with sex offender registration. Keene is a lifetime registrant.
2:33 p.m., Michael Joseph Crawford, 27, of Sanford, arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property and on a warrant for failure to appear, unpaid restitution.
