IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 12:43 p.m., Dave Barnette Bragg, 47, of Detroit, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees for operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors.
3:08 p.m., Justin Edward Stevens, 23, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release and possession of oxycodone.
5:32 p.m., Andrew A. Wesig, 35, of Palmyra, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and violation of bail conditions.
6:37 p.m., Helen Irene Fernald, 37, of Bangor, was arrested on a warrant.
