According to an article included in the “Briefs” column on Aug. 25, Democrat Mike Michaud is being supported with a good chunk of $500,000 pledged by Planned Parenthood for candidates in Maine. A rally was held outside Portland City Hall on Aug. 27.

For money, Michaud has gone from a Roman Catholic pro-lifer to a person who accepts blood money from the largest purveyors of abortions of human beings in America. He certainly has fallen a long way.

Independent Elliot Cutler is no better. Morals do not seem to be a strong suit for either Democrats or independents.

Gov. Paul LePage seems to be the only one with morals, and he will not be bought out.
