Thursday at 8:22 p.m., Benjamin F. Rideout III, 22, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release by police responding to a report of criminal trespassing on Mount Vernon Avenue.
