5:28 p.m., Kristi L. Vanblarcom, 35, of Rockland, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release by police responding to a shoplifting complaint on Civic Center Drive.
6:06 p.m., Daniel Albert Mullens Jr., 41, of Whitefield, was arrested on a warrant on State Street.
