4:58 p.m., Harley Vinal, 24, of Randolph, was arrested on charges of theft, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release by police responding to a shoplifting complaint on Civic Center Drive. A 26-year-old Dresden man was charged with theft.
8:47 p.m., Jenna W. O’Connor, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on Viles Street.
