I grew up with Jibryne Karter and watched him develop into a caring and compassionate single father, all while growing his business and furthering his education. Jibryne is a great person, who spent countless hours volunteering his time at local schools, along with making websites for our nonprofits. His passion is to help others.

Jibryne grew up in Waterville and has a deep love of our community. By electing Jibryne as our next Ward 6 city councilor, we will be getting a fine young man with a great desire to improve our city. He is a terrific listener with deep compassion and will work tirelessly representing his constituents. He will be a fantastic city councilor and we will be in good hands.

I encourage everyone in Ward 6 to vote for Jibryne Karter, so our voices can finally be heard and so Waterville can become prosperous, once again.
