I am writing this letter of endorsement for Jibryne Karter, who is running for Waterville City Council. Jibryne does not shy away from donating his time to help nonprofits with the complexities of technology. For instance, Jibryne recently donated more than $1,100 in time to upgrade the Maine Aquaculture Association’s (MAA) hardware and software. In addition to improving the association’s operational efficiencies, Jibryne refurbished its old computers and donated them to those in the community who could not afford to purchase a computer of their own.

In closing, I would like to say that Jibryne is an individual at the very top of his field and it would be in the best interest of our community to retain his expertise on a permanent basis.
