We are in support of Dave Rollins for mayor. In 2004, Moody’s looked at the former “Frank Pomerleau” furniture warehouse building. To locate our business there would have required a zone change. Back then the answer from city hall was basically “no way.”
Last year we got a call from Bill Logan, the owner of that same property. He wanted to know if Moody’s would reconsider buying and developing it. Bill had called Councilor Rollins and set up a meeting. Dave vowed to help Moody’s navigate through the zone change and other requirements the city of Augusta may have. Dave is a man of his word and worked diligently throughout the process. Dave knows small business is the backbone of any local community.
Politicians can talk until the cows come home but what happens is what matters. Dave Rollins knows how to make it happen.
