Regarding the upcoming gubernatorial election here in Maine, I just would like to appeal to the many frustrated and disgruntled independent and moderate Republicans voters in our state. No matter how unappealing Mike Michaud might be to them, a vote for Elliot Cutler is the same as a pulling the lever for Paul LePage. I am certain that if re-elected, LePage will send Maine even further backwards and downward.

Call it being pragmatic, but voting for Michaud is a heck of a lot better than putting LePage back in the driver’s seat.

Vote smart; vote Michaud.
