Monica Castellanos has been my business partner for six years, and is one of the smartest, most capable leaders I have ever met.
Monica will be an effective, standout lawmaker from Day 1. She has a huge network of friends and colleagues on all sides of the political and policy-making spectrum as a result of a 20-plus year career in both the public and private sector.
Monica’s driving passion will always be building an economy that creates good, high-wage, full-time jobs and allows Mainers to provide a good life for their family. I have seen her work with business and political leaders to help get significant economic development projects done across the state — from major new fiber optic networks, to mill redevelopment projects and many others.
