ARRESTS
IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Nathan Couture, 27, of Wilton, was arrested on four warrants for charges of violating bail conditions.
Cheryl Pulcher, 56, of Strong, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence assault.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 8:55 a.m., Nathanael Quinn Couture, 27, of Wilton, was arrested and charged with three counts of violating bail conditions.
12:54 p.m., John Judkins, 38, of Garland, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.
3:07 p.m., Joseph Michael Poulin, 54, of Oakland, was arrested and charged with theft.
IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 1 p.m., Ross Carl, 23, of 105 Cool St., Waterville, was arrested at Walmart and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
