ARRESTS
AUGUSTA
Wednesday at 1:05 p.m., Michael Keith Newton, 26, of Lancaster, N.H., was arrested on a warrant and a charge of fugitive from justice by police responding to a report of suspicious activity on Arsenal Street.
4:01 p.m., two Augusta residents were arrested by police responding to a report of a domestic disturbance on Northern Avenue. Eben C. Harrington, 28, was charged with aggravated assault. Amber J. Harrington, 27, was arrested on a warrant.
