GARDINER
Tuesday at 11:47 a.m., a Mount Vernon Street caller reported an assault.
6:17 p.m., one person was arrested following a report from Gardiner High School of a stolen cellphone.
6:48 p.m., a caller from Fountain Street reported criminal mischief.
5:25 p.m., a 14-year-old was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer following a report of shoplifting on Stephen King Drive.
6:35 p.m., a Kendall Street caller reported criminal mischief.
7:56 p.m., a caller from Bolton Hill Road reported a disturbance/disorderly conduct.
ARRESTS
Tuesday at 10:18 a.m., Nicole Amber Breton, 20, of Chelsea, was arrested on State Street, Augusta, on a warrant.
10:36 a.m., Paul A. Merrick, 52, of Augusta, was arrested on Green Street, Augusta, on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a fine hearing. The arrest followed an investigation into a report of an intoxicated person on Western Avenue.
5:57 p.m., Lisa Ann Vivenzio, 42, was arrested on Ithiel Gordon Road, Mount Vernon, on a probation violation charge.
Wednesday at 12:15 a.m., Anthony Dow Jr., 23, of Augusta, was arrested on Ridge Road, Augusta, and charged with domestic violence assault and violating condition of release.
