OAKLAND — Oakland Public Library announced in a news release it will host Santa Claus and his elf Jingles to the Christmas party during story time at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 19. Christmas carols will be led by Paul Sheppard and Sarah Roy. Santa’s lap will be available for individual requests and photos by Gene Roy. Santa will be assisted by Tammy Chouinard.

Refreshments will be served and gift bags will be given out.
