ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Sunday at 7:34 p.m., shoplifting was reported at Walmart on Civic Center Drive. Juanita Gail Aguilar, 25, of Augusta, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release. A 35-year-old Augusta man and a 31-year-old Augusta woman were summoned on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

11:18 p.m., Joshua Lee Graves, 36, of Augusta, was arrested on warrants at the Kennebec County jail for failing to appear in court and failing to pay fines.

Monday at 4:45 a.m., suspicious activity was reported on Mount Vernon Avenue. Tyler J. Perry, 31, of Augusta, was arrested on outstanding warrants.
