William G. Carpenter, 33, Skowhegan, assault, March 16, 2013, in Madison; $300 fine, nine months Department of Corrections, all but 45 days suspended, one year administrative release.

Duane Heckel, 48, Newport, negotiating a worthless instrument, April 5, 2001, in Palmyra; dismissed.
