ARRESTS
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 1:54 p.m., Sandy Ann Bagley, 32, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a probation hold and a charge of theft.
Tuesday at 12:43 a.m., Steven Ovid Dumont, 33, of Hartland, was arrested on three warrants for unpaid fines and fees on two counts and failure to appear in court.
IN WINSLOW, Monday at 10:20 a.m., Ian Leo Ashby, 38, of 13 Preble Hill, Apartment A, Vassalboro, was arrested on Cushman Road on a warrant and a charge of possession of a suspended or fictitious license.
