ARRESTS
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 12:28 p.m., James Morning, 57, of Embden, was arrested on the charge of violating a condition of release.
Monday at 12:51 a.m., Mykel Irving Hewey, 27, of Skowhegan, was arrested on the charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.
10:51 a.m., Reginald C. Hayden, 68, of Norridgewock, was arrested on the charge of domestic violence terrorizing.
