SUMMONS
IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 8 a.m., Charles G. Spaulding, 43, of 356 Riverside Drive, Augusta, was issued a summons at the Winslow Police Department on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
ARRESTS
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 9:59 a.m., Matthew Robert Christen, 34, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence with one prior and failure to stop and provide information.
11:50 a.m., Donald E. Chandler, 31, of Brewer, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.
Wednesday at 5:08 a.m., Corey M. Moorehead, 19, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
