AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced recently in hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court held at the Capital Judicial Center.

• Courtney Elizabeth Allen, 22, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 15, 2014; 14-day jail sentence, $155.22 restitution.

• Jacqueline Bragg, 54, of Vassalboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 180-day jail sentence, all suspended, one year administrative release, 40 hours’ community service.

• Roger Clough, 51, of Mount Vernon, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, illegal possession of a firearm and two counts of fraudulently obtaining a license or permit Aug. 9, 2013-Oct. 22, 2014, all in Mount Vernon; two-year jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation, $650 fine, $280 restitution.

• Jeffrey Gilbert, 60, of Livermore, operating under the influence Aug. 8, 2014, in Monmouth; 364-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, one year probation, three-year license suspension, $900 fine.

• Devin T. Jackson, 23, of Lewiston, domestic violence assault Sept. 18, 2013, in Monmouth; 364-day jail sentence, all but 14 days suspended, two years’ probation.

• Steven L. McCollett, 52, of West Gardiner, three counts of theft and one of criminal mischief Jan. 1, 2014, in West Gardiner; 21-day jail sentence.

• James Price, 35, of Winslow, operating under the influence Nov. 1, 2014, in Winslow; 364-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, three-year license and registration suspension.

• Thomas J. Quinn III, 28, of Monmouth, unlawful possession of scheduled drug July 17, 2014, in Augusta; 60-day jail sentence, $400 fine.
