IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 6:45 p.m., Christopher Humphrey, 31, transient, was arrested on Chaplin Street on charges of domestic violence assault and reckless conduct.
Sunday at 9:01 a.m., Brandon Hamilton, 32, of Drummond Avenue, was arrested on Cottage Street on a charge of domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal mischief.
