ARRESTS
IN MADISON, Tuesday at 11:50 a.m., Marie Francis, 25, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of operating after suspension.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 12:47 p.m., Natasha Marie Libby, 25, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear in court on a charge of domestic violence assault.
4:12 p.m., Khristopher L. Flanders, 25, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.
6:05 p.m., James Taurean Chasse, 31, of Hartland, was arrested on charges of burglary and theft, involving four counts of each.
7:15 p.m., Jose Cruz, of Jersey City, N.J., was arrested on charges of burglary and theft involving four counts of each.
10:09 p.m., Heather Leticia Esty, 29, of Anson, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines and fees on two counts.
