1:33 p.m., Justin Howard, 29, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant on Riverside Drive.
Thursday at 12:50 a.m., Charlene Phyllis Lunt, 43, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence by police responding to a traffic complaint on Bridge Street.
