ARRESTS
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 11:03 a.m., Ty Donahue-Beard, 37, of Fairfield, was arrested on a writ for eluding an officer, driving to endanger and speeding over 30 mph.
3:19 p.m., Melinda Lorraine Riggs, 26, of Hartland, was arrested on two probation holds and a warrant for violating conditions of release.
8:15 p.m., Robert Andrew Field, 48, of Stonington, was arrested on a probation violation and charges of failure to appear and unpaid fines on two counts.
IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 11:16 p.m., Paul Hammock, 38, of Winslow, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.
Tuesday at 12:05 a.m., Rodney Turner, 47, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.
