ARRESTS
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 6:38 p.m., Thomas E. Roy, 34, of Shortsville, N.Y., was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic criminal threatening and criminal threatening.
Tuesday at 11:32 a.m., Andrew D. Taylor, 52, of Bangor, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of burning without a permit.
IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 2:51 p.m., Robin Labbe, 53, of Chestnut Street, Canaan, was arrested at Wal-Mart on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
8:29 p.m., Zachary Curtis, 25, of Lexi Lane, Skowhegan, was arrested on Elm Street on a probation hold.
